About Us Up

Iran is a major producer of petroleum and as the result has some extensive industrial facilities for handling and processing oil and gas as well as making petrochemical products. These ever-expanding plants require substantial amounts of equipment for their upkeep and expansion. I.R.I Ministry of Heavy Industries, after making an extensive feasibility study for local manufacturing of some of the necessary equipment, decided to establish Petroleum Equipment Industries Company (PEIC) in 1991.

The main objective of PEIC, affiliated to the Industrial Development and Renovation Organization of Iran (IDRO), has been to set up several subsidiary companies each responsible for manufacturing a group of related equipment. These companies minimized their initial capital investment by making good use of the spare manufacturing capacities of other previously existing workshops as sub-contractors as well as making joint ventures with reputable international companies in order to share their manufacturing capabilities and transfer of technology for producing high quality products.

So far, PEIC has registered fourteen subsidiary companies for making steel valves, pipe fittings, fasteners, centrifugal process pumps, fin fan air coolers, gaskets, fuel pump dispensers, turbo compressors, wellhead equipment and Xmas trees some of which have been divested due to the privatization policies.

PEIC manufacturing objectives have been to produce high quality products by vitalizing state-of-the-art technologies and closely following the international standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, BS, DIN, and providing after-sale services.

PEIC is the leading supplier of the above-mentioned items to the Iran Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and power industries in a very competitive market with major international suppliers.

Pipes and Tubes

A complete program of welded and seamless pipes and tubes in stainless steel and carbon steel, to all international standards such as ASTM, ASME, API, BS and DIN. Line pipe materials can be delivered to your required specifications.

Valves

Ball, Butterfly, Check and all related equipment

We offer all valves in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steels and bronze designed according to the international standards such as API, ANSI, ASME and DIN with flange, socket weld and butt weld connections for pressure rating from ANSI 150 lbs through 2500 lbs.

Special valves

Control, safety and cryogenic valves can be supplied in accordance with customer requirement services and applications.

Plates and coils

High quality plates, sheets, bars and shaped plates with wide coil and hot rolled strip, galvanized steels and offshore structures. Weathering resistance steels with AISI 304/L, 316/L grades, EN.
